About Isaiah Foundation

The Isaiah Foundation is a non-profit organization that was created to stand beside families during some of their most difficult moments. The foundation is committed to helping parents and children navigate challenges connected to family separation, legal hardship, social justice issues, and disrupted family stability.

Our work is rooted in the belief that families deserve support, dignity, and a fair opportunity to reunite and rebuild. Through advocacy, resources, and community partnerships, Isaiah Foundation works to protect children, support parents, and strengthen families.

"No child should have to suffer because of the failing of others."

D'Juan Collins

Founder of The Isaiah Foundation

MISSION & VISION

The Isaiah Foundation was established in response to seeing an overwhelming amount of families torn apart without first providing family the services needed for reunification in some cases and in others involving illegal removal of children without due process of law towards non respondent and respondent parents and guardians. In 2007 ACS illegally removed Isaiah from his paternal grandparent here in Rosedale, NY under the guise of an emergency removal while the father was being wrongfully detained on Riker’s Island due a drug lab technician falsifying drug lab results in over 3,000 drug cases but has never been held accountable. As a result, the founder  was wrongfully convicted;  and parental rights were wrongfully terminated due to lack of diligent efforts by Graham Windham, falsifying business records and 4th Amendment violations. The founder was unable to Save Isaiah from the trauma that followed after almost 17 of wrongful separation and unwarranted intrusion into the integrity of the family. The founder having received a vision for ministry from Yeshua while in a state prison way before Isaiah was born some 26 years ago and was told to take the vision and make it plain on paper. That vision is now being fulfilled by the will and power of the Most High, Yeshua thus the reason for the Cherubim logo.

Family Integrity Reform Act (F.I.R.A.)

Protecting Family Integrity, Due Process, and Truth in New York Family Courts.

FIRA is proposed New York State legislation that addresses systemic failures in Family Court and child welfare proceedings where parents and legal guardians may be deprived of the care and custody of their children through procedural violations, State-caused delay, and reliance on unreliable or manipulated records. These practices undermine due process, distort judicial fact-finding, prolong foster care placement, and can improperly interact with federal permanency timelines under the Adoption and Safe Families Act (ASFA).
